To High Tatras by Air
The closest airport is Poprad-Tatry, unfortunatelly without regular flights, but the Czech Airlines is operating a bus connecting to Kosice-Prague flights.
For regular flights we recommend to fly to Kosice, Krakow or Bratislava.

Sky Europe is first Central European low cost airline.They have daily flights from Kosice to Bratislava and from Bratislava and Krakow to several major European cities.

To High Tatras by Car
High Tatras are accessible from west through Zilina and Ruzomberok.
From east you should arrive to Poprad.
From south it is recommended to pass Nízke Tatry (Low Tatras) through Certovica mountain pass.
When driving from Poland in north you should drive through the Orava region in west of High Tatras or Lysa Polana - Tatranska Javorina border cross east of High Tatras.
To High Tatras by Train
Best way to travel by train is take the route to Poprad and then use High Tatras tram.
